The Pi Beta Phi membership experience at RPI begins with participation in Panhellenic recruitment. As a spring recruitment chapter, our chapter participates in formal spring recruitment, giving potential new members the opportunity to meet members from across the Panhellenic community and learn more about each chapter at RPI. While the recruitment process is organized through Panhellenic and may look different from campus to campus, the goal remains the same: creating meaningful connections and finding a sisterhood where you feel at home.
